We asked our clients what they learned since coming onboard Team BBC, here's what they had to say: Understanding macros is a huggge one for me. Importance of fats in our diet, including butter and cheese is a good thing not a "bad" food but I love the fact I can have crumpets and biscoff while dieting and happily enjoy them šŸ˜Š Rest would be big too. I push myself too much with work, life and trying to train that not recovering right makes such a negative impact no matter how good you're tracking or food is or getting the work out and steps in won't work if you don't let your body rest and recover.
